Terms & Conditions for Kedarnath Helicopter Tour 2020
- Booking stands confirmed only upon realization of full payment and name list of all passengers with age and weight details.
- The booking and ticket are nontransferable and any name changes are not permitted.
- All passengers are required to carry and show any of the government ID at the helipad.
- Ticket prices are as approved by the Government of Uttrakhand and in case of any change in prices or contract the refund/excess will be settled by a company or by passenger appropriately.
- For overweight passengers (more than 85kg), an additional charge of Rs 150/ kg will be taken.
- For same-day return passengers, only 2 hrs will be given for Kedarnath darshan.n
- For same-day return, passengers will have to buy y Priority Dharshan slip of Rs.1100/ Person or 2100 for 4 pax issued by Shri Kedarnath Ji Mandir Samiti available at the helipad.
- A full charge will be taken for the above 2 years of children. No seat and 10% charge will be taken for an infant less than 2 years.
- Priority will be given to children, senior citizens, ladies, and two-way passengers over one-way passengers.
- Each passenger should report at a given reporting time.
- Max 3 kg single piece baggage is allowed for passengers
- If in any case flight is cancelled for the day, the next day passenger will be given priority over the previous day ones.
Cancellation Charges
- Rs 1200/- per pax – If tickets are cancelled on any date before the Date of Flying.
- No Refund – If tickets are cancelled on the date of flying or in case of any show.
- For a refund of the ticket amount in case of bad weather please get your ticket stamped and cancel the helipad counter. The refund will be processed only on the submission of a copy of the stamped-cancelled ticket.
